These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of te66, the online casino and sports betting platform operated at te66.app, and all related services, features and content provided through the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and te66 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of te66, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Each player may hold only one active te66 account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid mobile number, which will be used for account verification via SMS. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and subsequently updated in your account profile is accurate and up to date. te66 accepts no liability for losses arising from the provision of false or outdated account information.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your te66 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. te66 will never ask you for your password by email, SMS or any other channel. You must notify te66 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Use a strong, unique password for your te66 account — at least eight characters combining letters, numbers and symbols.
• Do not access your te66 account from shared or public devices. If you do, ensure you log out completely after each session.
• Do not enable browser auto-save of your te66 password on shared devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to [email protected] immediately. te66 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to protect their own account credentials.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Seasonal and event-based promotions — such as offers tied to BPL season, Eid, or major T20 tournaments — are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

All games available on te66 — including live casino games, slots, crash games and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets. The rules of each game are accessible within the game interface itself or via te66's support team.

te66 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all non-live casino games and slots to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on te66 are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body for each sport and competition. Disconnections and Technical Issues

te66 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a disconnection, network failure or device malfunction on the player's side during an active game session. In the event of a server-side error or platform outage affecting active bets, te66 will review the affected sessions on a case-by-case basis and apply a resolution that is fair and consistent with available game state data.

te66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for account suspension or closure include but are not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as described in Section 5.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested by te66.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• At the player's own request, including requests for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming framework.

Where an account is closed at te66's discretion due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance after deduction of bonuses and voided winnings will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Where an account is closed at the player's request or due to self-exclusion, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard processing.

All content on te66 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the compilation of all content on the platform — is the property of te66 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the te66 platform without the express written consent of te66.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use te66 for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of te66 or its contents, to download or copy account information for the benefit of another party, or to use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

te66 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, te66 will provide reasonable notice to players via email or an in-platform notification before the change takes effect. For non-material changes, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and your continued use of te66 after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you should cease using te66 and close your account. Continued use of te66 following a change to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended version.
